- Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- We partner with reliable couriers like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
3. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. All items are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Product names or details will not appear externally. Payment records will reference only a generic e-commerce purchase.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 incur a small flat shipping fee, visible at checkout.
5. Delays
Unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, courier issues) may affect delivery timelines. We will communicate any such updates promptly.
6. Returns & Replacements
Due to hygiene and personal nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
